Sometimes people say things we just don’t want to hear. It upsets us because we don’t think it is the proper thing to say or the best way to say it. But instead of closing our ears and turning off the light in our minds, let it sink in. That’s because, the next time you want to express your feelings, especially your frustrations, you’ll remember what upset you when you heard it. As a result, you’ll be able to do a better job of communicating. – Dr. Robert R Seyda
