I’M SO EXCITED about what we are going to discover when we begin our study of Matthew, Chapter 8 next week.  We are going to see how Jesus affected the lives of those who met Him for the first time, and how He displayed His divine power in ways the disciples had never seen before and what it taught them.

But we will also learn that just getting to know Jesus is not enough, true believers will follow His teachings and His example.  How else is the light going to be spread in the darkness of this world?  But being His follower does not come easy.  That’s because no one was ever given the Medal of Honor just sitting around watching others fight the battle for freedom.

So I’ll see all of you beginning on Monday, January 4, 2016.  What better way can you find to start a New Year!  May God increase your hunger for His Word in this coming year.  See you on Monday!
